To Fox please re-think your position on this matter and start releasing you film catalog onto HD DVD.
Cheaper hardware is coming out meaning even more costumers will be out there buying software.
Blu-Ray is too expensive and not In anyway better. Blu-Ray's 50gb disc is meaningless since you use mpe2 and pcm which is the reason you have to have more space on the disc.
HD DVD uses VC1 and TrueHD audio and hads been proven to be better!
If you do not support the format of mine and a lot of others choice then for me I will never buy into Blu-Ray and will wait..
I will not shell out anymore money especially for another format.
This IS just a horrible way to treat customers so please reconsider.
Thanks
I support all HD-DVD releases. Blu-Ray has yet to impress me with their lack of extras and special features. Not only to mention that HD-DVD discs are much more family friendly since Blu-Ray information resides much closer to the surface. With a majority of familys scratching their discs it seems like a strategic move by companies like yours to get consumers to keep buying discs. So your company is on the boycott list until further clarification on why you won't support HD-DVD. Let the consumers decide, not the manufacturers.

I will never buy another FOX product or pay for a FOX movie until you start releasing your movies in HD DVD.
I suggest to others to follow my path and they might get the message.
We are willingly ready to give you money for your movies, yet you still deny us the movies in the better format.
Movies are not something that people can just buy again if the format changes. Exclusives only divide films fans and make collections harder to maintain, or impossible.
Please let the consumer have a choice. We need an option. Blue Ray has not met their promises. I have chosen to support HD. Please consider HD as an alternative.
I own a HD-DVD I believe that it is a true consumer product. Blue-Ray, expensive and Sony will keep the cost up as long at they can thus discouraging the delivery of your movies to the market. As a studio surely you must see that you are going to pay a high royalty cost for production on Sony's blue ray platform. HD-DVD platform appears to be more stable and comes to you at a lower cost, with the necessary copy protection, thus increasing your profits. Simply economics.
HD DVD will prevail in this HD format battle, sooner than thought. The quality of HD DVD movies are consistently rated higher than the Blu-ray counterparts, with players more readily available and more cost effective to the consumer.
As a custom installer in the consumer electronics industry and a certified CEDIA installer, I've thrown my total, exclusive support behind HD DVD.
Further, as a proud owner of every FOX D-VHS D-Theater movie released, I would welcome the opportunity to continue to build my HD-DVD library with FOX's most impressive catalog.
Alot of people own HD-DVD's then Blu Ray so you guys would make alot of money. There are millions of people out there that own HD-DVD's and they would easily purchase your films if you support this format. So please think about it
I've been buying HD DVD titles such as Mission Impossible 3 and King Kong, their quality are so impressive. You have tons of good movies. So please release on HD DVD.
With the release of the X-Box 360 HD-DVD player, HD-DVD has reached a much broader audience than Blu-ray. Additionally, HD-DVD is much more consumer friendly. This should make it the first choice of every studio.
Keep in mind that I will never purchase a Fox film if you don't release on HD-DVD. There is simply too much consumer support for this particular format.
As a retail manager who sells both technologies, I see Blu-ray as going the same way that Betamax and UMD (for the PSP) went - great ideas, but will lose out to a more consumer friendly model or just disappear altogether as the fan base loses interest. HD-DVD is the better decision for the long run.
