As a former Prisoner of Conscience,being imprisoned by the Vietnamese communist for 15 years, I am fully aware of how Thuong Nguyen Cuc Fosheeê suffered. She is currently detained at the interrogation camp T82, Nguyen Van Cu Street, Saigon. This two level camp has more than 40 cells, with 5 tiny cells specially equipped with legs shackles for forced interrogation and confession. I have been detained in this interrogation camp for almost two years in total darkness, with my two legs shacked. This camp is under direct supervision of the Interior Ministry in Hanoi. All detainees are interrogated by the "Phong Dieu Tra Xet Hoi called PA 24" (Bureau of Investigations and Interrogations/PA 24 ). I 'll do all my best to support the release of Thuong Nguyen "Cuc"
