It's been way too long and now the things have taken the wrong
turn.Splitting up the team and adding Sofia was a bad move. The whole
storyline is inconsistent and if you turn Grissom into a "father
figure" you'll be going against the show's canon.You can't
tell us that after all the evidence we got about Grissom and Sara's
attraction (that you willingly offered), you're just going to drop the
romantic part of the equation and leave us with some lame story about a
psychological connection. I'm all for "revealing Sara's
backstory" storyline but if their special connection turns out to be
father/daughter (it makes me sick just saying that) then you're not as
great storytellers as I thought. Go with the first choice. I believe that
at least 40% of the viewers watch it for the romantic aspect. If you go
against it you'll be making a big mistake. Just remember how the
fireings made a lot of fans into protesters and the ratings dropped. Just
think about it. |

CBS, please don't let us down. This is coming from someone whose fairly
well-informed when it comes to flowing storylines... I have a feeling your
Sophia deal (by the way... the character better not stay. bugs the hell
outta me) has to do with the cast becoming bored... well, if you're
finding the Grissom/Sara relationship to be "boring" then up it a
notch! Don't get rid of it! I can see so many possibilites to even
further develop the characters of Gris and Sara. Please. :) |
