As owners of RV products from Gulf Stream Coach we are signing this petition to show our solidarity in purpose for demanding that Gulf Stream Coach RV manufacturer from Elkhart, IN release to each owner, via electronic means, detailed technical documentation in their possesion such as wiring diagrams, plumbing diagrams, and the like for our specific RV.

We are asking for Gulf Stream Coach to provide us this documentation so that we are not forced to make repairs ourselves in an unsafe manner due to lack of information. Not having this documentation restricts owners from DIY type repairs. Telling an owner that their only recourse in a repair is to take it to an authorized dealer or repair center is not only unfair, it borders on collusion and conspiracy.

Other reputable manufacturers in this industry such as Winnebago, Alfa, and others have voluntarily provided their owners with very detailed drawings available on the internet.

As owners we are not even asking for wide distribution of these documents. If there is a desire by Gulf Stream Coach to restict wide distribution of these documents for proprietary or "trade secret" reasons, then as owners we will gladly sign a Non-disclosure document in order to obtain them.
