Allow Guys to dress as girls if they want

I think it shuold be allowed in public schools for guys to dress however they want. Say example if a guy wants to wear a skirt and top to school he can. If a guy feels he is one of the girls he should be able to get all dressed up and deckeded out as a girl to come to school. it should be allowed
