I have just bought one of the first PC HD DVD drives - the Toshiba SD-H802A that I am very happy with. The way I see it, I would have been quite crazy to have selected a Blu-Ray Drive. That format as a long way from the level of sophistication of the HD DD products.

I want quality HD movies at an affordable price. HD-DVD does that while Blu-Ray is too expensive. Who cares about the additional capacity - maybe a computer geek but not a movie fan.

I heard that Warner Bros are planing to make exclusive on HD DVD only soon. All studio must support HD DVD because soon HD DVD will drop price cheaper between $99 and 199 this holiday year. I would like to sell all Fox movies on HD DVD. Format is at an affordable price. I am a big X MEN fan. And it is sad to see that Fox wont release them on HD DVD because of format war.
