7 Oct 2006 - 2:05    Robert Black : Stop holding out on the better format! HD-DVD would have already won this format war if Blu-Ray weren't propped by Sony PR baloney!

7 Oct 2006 - 2:48    Andrew Alexander : Untill Fox supports HD-DVD I can't see myself even buying DVDs of Fox titles as my Home Movie collection money has and will mostly be spent on HD-DVDs. No HD-DVDs for Fox means none of their titles are on my mind since I almost exclusively just look at the HD-DVD wall at Best Buy.

7 Oct 2006 - 3:46    Frances Dore : HD DVD is stunningly good HD and is consistent in quality. Bluray is like a crap shoot. The price of HD DVD makes it the only format I want. Why pay more for lower quality? Give us HD DVD releases now, please.

7 Oct 2006 - 4:45    David Mackenzie : it's time for the studios to stop messing around and let us buy their films on a format that people actually use and fulfils its purpose.
7 Oct 2006 - 4:46    Travis Hedger : Do your shareholders right Fox. Do not artificially limit your income to just Blu Ray. Rake in the cash with HD DVD movie sales as well.
7 Oct 2006 - 4:50    james williams : HD-DVD has the same/better picture qulity at half the price of Blu Ray.....HD-DVD will win the formate war

9 Oct 2006 - 6:20    Matt Swanson :
9 Oct 2006 - 8:47    M Perry : Clearly HD DVD has the edge!
9 Oct 2006 - 22:52    Rick Yowfoo : After personally viewing a number of side by side comparisons, even is stores where they blatantly push Blu-Ray over HD-DVD, it was clear that HD DVD has far superior Picture Quality--and even greater sound quality with Dolby true hd. Studios have nothing to lose and everyting to gain by releasing in both formats. Let the consumer decide, Either way the Studios win!!! Rick
9 Oct 2006 - 23:11    Rick Yowfoo : Please disregard my first two e-mails, because I stupidly enetered my e-mail incorrrectly again. This time it is correct. Not to repeat what I said earlier but please add my support to HD-DVD. HD-DVD's superior picture quality is so clear that I am surprised there is even a format war going on. Even if BluRay might have a theoretical advantage in storage capacity, it hasn't manifested itself in the form of superior picture and sound. It is also surprising that Studios are not jumping on both bandwagons and releasing movies in both formats, since they win either way. If there has to be a format war at all, at least let it be a fair one. In such a scenario, my money is on HD DVD via first round knockout!!! Rick
9 Oct 2006 - 23:23    LOUIS Regis : Give us our favorites films also on HD DVD - thanks - best regards
