I support this petition because senseless and needless banning and over bearing control is deconstructive to all who would create and add to what is great about this game.

Sony is being redeiculous, IO have never even played the game, but I've watched my friend spend countless hours creating a non-copyright infringing level only to have it deleted, from the standpoint of a gamer who loves user created content, this sickens me.
Sony has adopted a 'shoot first, ask questions NEVER' policy, where they favor the content flagger over the content producer.
This order of priorities is sickening. Who knows how many high-quality, original levels have been deleted because a bunch of children ganged up on the content creator's hard work?
Sony does, and they don't give a damn about you. They just care about the $$$.
They wouldn't know what Fair Use was if it clubbed them with a tire iron. Sony are cowards. COWARDS.
I support this petition, and haven't played LBP since I've heard of these problems, and won't till I'm reasonably assured that it will be fixed, if you don't fix it, you'll be taking more than my money, you'll be blowing the whole thing.
Give us a chance to right what is wrong! I spent 30+ hours tweaking my level and it got yanked for no reason. For shame Sony, For Shame! I've supported the PS3 from DAY ONE! I bought the 60Gb launch ps3. I have 3 PSP's and 60+ games in my library not including downloadable content. How bout you give me my Damn Level Back.
Considering I'm planning on purchasing this game as my first PS3 title, this better be fixed. I understand the concerns, but you can't have the creators build a level based on Tetris and then tell us no.
This game is about community. The community deserves transparency in how that community is moderated. Otherwise, you're going to moderate this game right out of existence.
