I support this petition. You have created a truly phenomenal game that allows the player to create whatever they want, so why do you prevent us from creating harmless homages to our favorite movies and games? We aren't vying for profits or trying to publish our levels for critical acclaim, we simply share them amoung our peers who are as equally fond of classic works. Moderating the servers of simple homages is a sensless, time-consuming act that alienates and discourages your players from continuing their LBP endeavours. Stop the senseless moderation.
I support this petition. It seems a little bit unfair to moderate levels that have absolutely no copyright material, and certainly nothing offensive. I certainly don't see lawsuits coming due to someone's rendition of the Super Mario theme.
I understand the need to avoid entaglements with the intellectual properties of other creators, but I feel that there needs to be much more transparency in this process. After all, if a user does not understand why their level has been removed, they cannot work to avoid a similar infringment in the future.
I support this petition. You don't advertise a game being one big sandbox of creation that everyone can enjoy and have fun it, regardless of age, and delete levels without cause or reason.
