Warner bros watch out, this is huge, and getting bigger by the second. You should reschedule for a Christmas release, apologize NOW, and just hope that will calm the waters...otherwise, you are going to sink the ship altogether. I am serious. Have you seen the response? Of course, no one is blaming the actors and others that worked hard to get this ready for Nov 21st. The 'suits' in charge of making this decision, however, should get prepared for battle. No one is making us give you money, and I for one will not be doing so in the future, even if it is Harry Potter.

To Warner Bros: If you postponed the release only cause you think that you will earn less money before christmas, you should remember that the real fans will go to see this movie everytime... They don't mind if it's on christmass or not, they aren't just "walking wallets" they are fans!!

I support this petition. I demand that Warner Brothers gets their heads out of there asses and put Harry Potter back on November 21st. I have been waiting too long for this movie to have it pushed back just so that the executives at Warner Brothers can fill their wallets some more. We all know that this move has nothing to do with the writers strike and everything to do with the fact that it will beat The Dark Knight! Hands down Harry Potter is the best series that Warner Brothers has ever released. They could make more money off of Harry Potter than they ever could with the Dark Knight!

It's not a good idea to upset such a huge fan base just so you can make more $. You'll already be making tons of extra money by splitting the 7th book into 2 movies. Now instead of a few months, we have to wait nearly a year. As a Harry Potter fanatic, I will not boycott the Harry Potter movies, and I think Warner Brothers is counting on that, but if they don't move the film back to the original release date, I will boycott all other WB films, and anything else associated with WB. This is something that they probably didn't count on. If all Harry Potter fans followed this, WB would have to move it back or risk losing millions of dollars. As consumers we need to realize, as a large fan base, we do have the power.
