Me and my friends believe that Bungie seriously ruined the Halo experience by making Halo 2 the way they did. There are too many inconsistencies. So, in an effort to revive our interest in the game, we would like Bungie to re-release Halo 1 so that it is formatted for Xbox Live. This, we believe, would be the ultimate gaming experience.

Plz Bungie do this. My friends and I all played halo but quit shortly after halo 2 came out. Ive been playing Halo since it all started and Im 22 now so its been about a decade. Please re release it. Id Pay full price for it even tho I\'m broke as it is. Cant play on XBC anymore because it\'s absolutely terrible. Halo Combat Evolved needs to have xbox live. Bungie, you guys and gals would make a lot of people happy and give people who havent played Halo Combat Evolved a chance to play the best multiplayer ever made......on xbox live. Please

There is something much simpler and smarter about Halo 1 than any of its predecessors. The designers understood balance, emphasized skill, and minimalized the variables that detracted from a competitive environment. Quite possibly the perfect game.

HALO 1: concentrated on small teams, 2v2-4v4, and had small the large size maps that were simplistic, easy to get around which made gameplay better.HALO 2:destroyed teamwork by making the teams too big. How can a team of more than 4 work together? You cant, it makes the multiplayer an individual game. Furthermore the maps are too big with too many obstacles in them. They tried to make them cooler with better graphics, but what they did was they made them more complicated by uneven floors, walls etc etc.

I play Halo on XBoxConnect and there are still a lot of people that play. Among myself and other pros are still playing Halo 1 on XBC and tournaments are still being hosted. I recently attended Reno, Nevada tournament and there were a number of pros there inlcuding KillerN. I want Halo 1 to be XBL compatible so people that enjoyed the game so much can still enjoy it in a somewhat lag free environment. Halo 2 is nowhere near the same as Halo 2 and the only reason people like it is because they either never played Halo 1 or started playing Halo 2 because Halo 1 was not made XBL compatible. Halo 1 has yet to die due to the tournies still being hosted today and I feel that Halo 1 on XBL would only make Bungie more money and make people happier with Bungie and their staff.
