They are using fake fire inspections and unqualified inspectors to drive honest business men and women out of the city the serve the minority cummunity. Recently they force a group of blacks that live at Keller apartments at 963 north central to go without electrical power in the worst of winter for over two weeks. They ignored the results of their electrical inspector when he concluded that the building was safe. Resultingly, about 14 black men were forced in the cold streets.
