It's not likely that two people should be keeping each other dangling on and off for ten years, even if they are simply film characters, let alone if they have all the charm and qualities and mutual attraction of Mac and Harm. For the sake of likelyhood - if not to please us fans - please solve their relationship in some way or other.

Please don't disappoint us! I'm a french fan of JAG and especially of the "Harm/Mac" relationship... All these years of waiting for them to get together... You can't deny what you have done with them during 10 years. YOU made the scripts, YOU are responsible of their situation and their feelings. So YOU have to end what you have created 10 years ago!

Dear Bellisario...I'm an Italian shipper..I watch JAG since 1996 when I was only 12..I love when harm says "come to me sarah" "why?""you know why.." I love the show JAG, and I am very desperate to see Harm and Mac get together. I mean come on, everyone knows they are meant to be together. I know that many witers think that by pulling out the romantic situations of the two main characters would cause ratings to drop and the show ending; but bringing Harm and Mac together would most defently increase the ratings. People watch television to get away from the real world and go into one where nothing is impossible, and love overcomes all. Fans want to see the romance not a broken relationship, trust me if they wanted to see a broken relationship they would just live life, but they want to see it work out. We want the flame to ignight, PLEASE keep Harm and Mac together and let them express their feelings!

JAG certainly has to be one of the most remarkably wonderful shows on television. I have seen every episode (multiple times) since I got hooked on it after viewing "Lifeline" nearly four years ago. JAG's stories are great-informative, well-written, interesting, and packed with amazing American values. The cast is also outstanding-I've loved them since the beginning. Yet, there is a huge part of JAG that makes the show unlike any other and, in my opinion, the greatest show on television. It puts it over the top. That aspect is the relationship of the main characters, Harm and Mac. Their witty conversations, adorable looks, hugs, and kisses is what has kept me hooked on this show. The hope of a relationship between them keeps JAG's flame burning bright. Although, after eight and a half seasons of this endless dance, it is time for more at last. Several times during season nine, I almost turned off the TV. I couldn't take it. There was nothing wrong with the stories...believe me, I love courtroom dramas. It was the dry, emptiness of the personal side of the show that was getting me down. I had convinced myself that I am the biggest JAG fan alive and I was about to turn off the TV to assuage my boredom. This show NEEDS the light that Harm and Mac's relationship gives off and it is about time that it becomes something more. David James Elliott has said that he will not sign on for another season of JAG; this is it. It's time for Harm and Mac to take a risk and see how great it will be. And, for me, a high schooler that loves this show with a passion, that would be a perfect last hurrah.

I think this petition is absolutely ridiculous! The audacity of viewers DEMANDING that the producers "get Harm and Mac together" or else is an affront to the viewers who want JAG to continue for however long CBS/Bellisarius Prods. want it to live! Please, don't pay any attention to this crazed shippers that just HAVE TO HAVE their 'justification' because they feel it's their due! That's a load of crap because JAG is SO MUCH more than just the personal relationship between two characters - I watch for the wonderful military drama it is; if Harm and Mac eventually come together - wonderful, but if not - I won't be disappointed since I've watched from Day One of Season One and plan to be there until the very last episode!
Why wait? They've expressed their feelings, they know their faults, they belong with each other. They deserve to be together. The show just wouldn't be if they didn't.
