It is the intent of the Colorado Citizens for Health Freedom to pass a legislative Act entitled the Health Care Consumer Choice Protection Act. This act would allow consumers the right to choose alternative and complementary forms of healthcare which is their right. This act would also allow consumers to choose their own complementary and alternative health practitioners who provide necessary alternative services who are not currently titled, registered or licensed under occupational codes in the state of Colorado. This act would also provide an exemption to the existing practice acts so consumers may freely choose their health care options. As a signatory on this petition, I request that the Health Care Consumer Choice Protection Act be passed for the people of the state of Colorado.
