We the residents at The Towers at Falling Water feel that there is a definite problem with the heat (boiler) in Building One (11839 Pearl Rd. Strongsville, Ohio 44136).

Our suites do not get sufficient Heat. At times it does not even reach a temperature of 68 degrees. We feel that it should be warmer than this. There are also elderly residents here who do require the apartment suites to be just a bit warmer.

In the other buildings, (Buildings Two and Three) the heat is much better!

We are demanding that the boiler in our building either gets fixed properly or it is turned up.

It is our right to have sufficient heating in our building suites.

I support this petition. I no longer live there (5 year bldg 2 resident), but I can vouch for the \"horrible\" heating. Even bldg 2 had very bad heat. It all depends on whether you\'re lucky enough to get a unit that has sufficient heat. Sure, heat is included with the rent ... but I\'m not sure what the heck they think they are heating. One problem is the windows are as old as the buildings themselves and do not keep heat contained in the apartment. The so-called foam A/C covers they rigged and made themselves do not do the job, cold air leaks in through the A/C units. Tenants are expected to buy their own plastic to cover the useless windows and that is uncalled for. It is totally the lanlords responsibility to provide sufficient living conditions!!!!!!!!!
