I AM AGAINST this petition because you don't know the entire story. Your mother made a very poor choice, committed a crime, ripped a family apart by fleeing, and now you're suffering! Don't you see there were other choices for her to make?Please open your mind and your heart. You deserve SOOOOO much more. You are so blessed because you have a family in the US who miss you and love you despite your mom's irrational behavior. Reach out to them. They long to SEE you and SHOW their love for YOU!
I DON'T support this petition; otherwise, petitions will be created and forwarded on behalf of drug dealers and murderers claiming they sold drugs because they needed to support their children or murdered someone because they thought someone would murder them. NO!
I am against this petition - there is another side of this story & it is much, much different. There is a father who was denied his rights to his child and other step-children whose family was ripped apart when your mother made the decision to flee the US to avoid having to share custody. It is such a sad story
I DO NOT support this petition. I see no reason for the support when your mom is being held because she committed a crime. Kidnapping a child is no means to protect that child. If my child and I were homeless and hungry would it be okay for me to rob a bank or steal food? There are many resources in the US specifically designed to help women and children; could she not utilize at least ONE? She took it upon herself to be the trial judge, jury, and executioner. Now when the real law steps in, she must deal with the consequences. We cannot have vigilantes running around, which is what she decided to become IF her claims of abuse were true. Why didn't she just leave the area then go from there? Did she HAVE to leave the country? That's a bit farfetched and a sign of being vindictive and manipulatory, as opposed to a scared victim. She MUST'VE had financial resources in order to leave the country with herself and two children (passports, airfare, funds to survive while trying to get resettled, etc, cost a lot). If she had enough to leave the country, she surely and enough to move across country while waiting for the law to do its job (as far as investigating her claims of abuse which I'm SURE she filed, right?). Again, I cannot supoprt this petition.
I DO NOT support this petition. What you are asking is that we support illegal activity. Kidnapping is a serious issue and should be dealt with as such.

I do not support this petition. I know that the allegations are untrue. I am the person who encouraged Mr. Cyprian to seek the help of the FBI for parent abductions. I know that he has always loved this child and would have done anything in the world to keep her safe. I know the pain he has suffered as a result of her being taken from him. I believe that the child's mother did all of the harm in taking the child and lying about her father until the child truly believes what she has been told! She took the child from her family and I have had to deal with my child, Brenda Cyprian's, pain and loss for all of these years. Her sister's birthday is coming up this coming weekend and as usual she will be sadden because she cannot see, speak to, or touch her sister. This is cruel and unusual punishment for something that neither she nor her father did. Please send her home! She is a citizen of the United States who had her birthright stolen from her. I am sorry that her mother placed herself in harms way by committing this crime. However, I believe that she should have her day in Court and let them decide her destiny.
I am AGAINST this petition. I know the gentleman at hand, and I've known him all my life. Your sister was taken when I was a child, and I still remember her and everything that happened around me, and he never did anything to hurt that woman or his child. If these accusations were indeed ture, then why when leaving the country didn't your mother inform the police of the abuse as well. She couldn't have been frightened then, because she would have be "ensuring" the safety of herself and her children right? This man is the biggest teddy bear I know, and I've known him for awhile. To even accuse him of ever putting his hands on that woman is just down right evil. I know you love your mother, but you have to think of what your mother has done to the family that she STOLE that precious child away from. Your mother was never in any harm, nor was she right for taking that child away. She is wrong for accusing that man of anything, and she is even more wrong for STEALING that child and taking her away from her loving father.

I know Roger and have been really close friends with Brenda since I was 5 years old. I was around him quite a bit and I remember both of you girls. I met both of you but never even saw your mother. Did she go to the police? What evidence is there of any abuse?
i am against this petition, I know for a fact that this woman was never abused nor the children, What this lady has done is brain wash her children which I think is the worse form of child abuse and just a sorry excuse for a mother. The gentleman in question never abused her and always loved Alex. Alex has a sister here in the states that this lady stole her from, a loving father who adores her. How do I know this man helped in my upbringing as well. he was my stepfather before he was in Chandlers life or this lady. We are here strong and love him to death. he would not do anything to hurt his child.
Not to mention the fact that Alex's father had refused to even SPEAK to Chere the 3 years leading up to the kidnapping aside from court hearings. He went so far as to refuse to be in the same room with her alone because he knew what she had accused her LAST boyfriend of when he refused her advances.
