This petition is to have Hennie Van Vuuren removed or transferred out of PQV. His management style is of a military nature that is not suited to the ways and culture of the highly skilled and intelligent staff that he has to manage. He tries to micro manage every facet of the staff which leads to demotivation and frustration. He has no people skills and generally gets on everyone's nerves. He does not know how to motivate staff to perform at their best and instead staff members resist his management efforts. He cannot see the good points of the staff , instead he focus's on faults no matter how small. he is narrow minded and struggles to see the big picture.

He is more suited to a project management position where is does not have to manage staff members.
