We, the undersigned residence of Hercules and neighboring cities approve and welcome a Thai Restaurant to exhist at the formerly known Civic Arts Building located at 1991 Railroad Avenue Hercules, CA.
1. The restaurant will provide all the community a common establishment to go and socialize.
2. The restaurant will provide all the community to enjoy the waterfont views while ralaxing in a pleasant dining environment.
3. The restaurant will offer an authentic "Thai Cuisine" for lunch and dinner seven days week and an "American Breakfast" menu on the weekends.
