I am tired of all of these people fuding over wich site is better, now if you wish to fued, then this is the place to do so. I simply think that both sites are very well put together, but marapets is a much saferenvironment if you ask me. I have been on neopets much longer than marapets, but I have been using marapets since it was created on August 15, 2004. I personally think that there are less people that try and screw around with marapets because less people know about it, keeping the users safe from hackers. Unlike neopets wich is the most popular virtual pet site in the world. I think that if you are a user of neopets, your computer is at risk. I had to get a whole new computer due to all of the things that neopets was doing to my computer. If you agree, or disagree, please post you comments here and they will be classified and discussed on marapets.

I support this petition. Neopets has too much drama. If you can\'t make graphics you can\'t make a guild which is very frustrating. People want to be well-known and have tons of friends, and make cool guilds. But no. Can\'t make graphics, then yeah. Everyone tries too hard to be a someone. And it\'s like totally horrible. When people don\'t get accepted into guild makings they spam the board, and throw a tantrum. We report it to TNT to freeze this person for spamming - But nope. TNT does NOTHING. Marapets is way better. Fashion shows, active boards all day and night, clubs, wardrobes... I could go on forever. Marapets all the way. People who like Neopets obviously are: 1) A someone on Neopets 2) Don\'t have a life 3) Are biased on Marapets stealing. Marapets did NOT steal. I agree some ideas were inspired by Neopets probably, but it\'s not stealing. Pets & graphics & ideas are all inspired by somewhere. Not everyone is super 100% original. I\'m sorry if Marapets isn\'t perfect. But it is a whole lot better then Neopets. That is 100% for sure.

Marapets has annoying ads EVERY where, and the site is some what sloppy, although I do love it- your pet dies. Is that fun? The whole point of a pet site is to have a fun imaginary pet, not for it to drop dead. And the users on Neo are rude, but can be nice. Personally I love neopets, and I haven\'t played in Mara for a long time. I wouldn\'t call Mara a rip off, because guess what? Everyone has virtual pet sites theses days. So yeah.

I support this petition. Marapets is better i USED to play neopets but they banned me for no reason the reason was \'\'User not a Found\'\' What does that even mean? NOTHING! i didn\'t do anything marapets has a better staff then anyone ever had. Even my friend had the same thing they banned her from neopets for no reason! So for those neopet lovers YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually...I would have to disagree with you. Neopets does NOT ruin your computer. Marapets is just a bunch of copiers that didnt know how to create their own games, pets, ect. I will never play marapets again! Neopets is so much fun and you never get board of it.

I play(ed) both marapets and neopets. I always alternated between the two to even it out. Marapets is alot easier, but I hate the fact that you must be over 12 to make the marasite and stuff, while you can freely post whatever for neopets on your profile, AND use the mailing system. Neopets also has better games, too. But Marapets doesn't have strange and disturbing ads, and it has your own character that you can costumize. I think you can get banned for the stupidest things on neopets though...And marapets are more centered around having fun rather then making money, even though the things you can buy with money are so tempting to get. :P Right now i'm addicted to Mara, but I still love Neo. I think they're both equally good.

I do not support this petition. I play both sites, and I dislike Marapets for the following-The majority of games are direct copies of Neo's. The Limited Edition pets are nearly impossible to get onto Marapets, unless you pay real money and get a shortcut. I've wanted chibs, quells, and so on, but it is incredibly difficult to get them unless you save for a very long time. And the ads bother me, usually Neo tries to keep decent ads...aka, ads for a free ipod, the 'Shop of Offers' where you can sign up with different companies, and so on. Marapets often has ads marked 'Don't click unless you are 18' which will automatically make most kids click. Those ads border on the pornographic and I, a 16 year old, often find myself closing out the site because I'm tired of the ads. I play the site because I enjoy virtual pets but I spend about 10, 15 hours a week on Neo and maybe 2 on Mara. Pets getting sick, pets getting hungry-that's why I enjoy it. I don't want a networking site, I don't want to dress up a doll, I want to take care of the virtual pets.

I support this petition, as i am also a member of both sites and when i lost my password for neopets i couldnt retrieve it as i didnt send off the parental consent form so i havent had a password reminder even though i have typed exactly what i wrote down when i created the account. Marapets is alot better because on neopets my computer kept crashing but my computer perfors alot better on marapets than neopets

I disagree. Marapets is a stupid replica of Neopets. And it's not even a good replica at that. Plus, Neopets doesn't ruin your computer, i have been playing for over 6 YEARS, and I'm still using the same computer. Plus, it's still just as fast as it was 4 years ago. Marapets uses so much advertising, you can't find what you're looking for. At least Neopets moves the advertising to the side, or at the bottom of the page. P.S. on Neopets you CAN trade pets, you CAN have a signature, and your pet doesn't die when you go on vacation to China!!! GO NEOPETS!!!

I DONT support neopets .Marapets has better graphic,pets,games,and more people neopets is boring ,its a baby game marapets is better you can acually have image for signature on neopets you cant,you can have about 5 or more pets, neopets you can only have 4, on marapets you can have Limted edition pets whenever you can also trade pets on neopets you cant,you cant even have limted edition pets on neopets,on marapets you barely need to feed your pets on neopets you have to feed the like every hour
