Dear Jagex,

I haven't logged onto my runescape character for a long time and when i recently logged in i found out that i was banned for offenses i didn't commit. I have a feeling that i'm a victim of what a hacker did to my account. It saddens me that i'm unable to play runescape. It would be really nice if you could investigate into this matter and check whether someone else was in control of my account. i only have been reported once and i got perm banned i dont think thats kinda fair. and i dont get a chance to play. please jagex unban me
