I most defenitaly support this petition.Finally,The Supreme Court acknowledged what the most iliterate parent in the world had already figured out about young children and teenagers.Now that they finally acknowledged it they need to put it in practice and the injustice.WOW! Children who have committed homicides and been handled in the juvenile justice system and eventually released had gone to lead productive live. Lets give our children a second chance for that one tragic error in judgment.

I Do Not Agree with the Life Sentence for Kids. I think Its the messed up way that the kids were raised by the parents.Children dont think like adults. I think if they do this they should make sure the children understand every aspect of the consequence's especially parents with Problem children.

Juveniles are by definition not adults and have neither the rights or privileges of adults because they do not have their experience, knowledge, or wisdom. Likewise they should receive different consideration in sentencing.
Surely the lives of children, even those who have committed crimes are worth at least the chance of redemption. As a society we cannot be so blind or indifferent to the troubled youth among us that we simply throw them away instead of trying to help them.
We hold Children to a Cruel Double Standard Claiming that they are too young and imature to enjoy the benifits of adulthood Yet they are tried as adults and Given life sentences when they comit crimes that they do not have the maturity or emotional capacity to Resist often these same Violent kids are Victims of Manipulative and Abusive adults So we as a Society have failed them Twice in not protecting them and then Punishing them instead of rehabilitating them and Giving them a chance to Redeem themselves and Benifit others.!
