In light of a recent interview with Jellyvision (http://getthesugar.blogspot.com/2005/07/you-dont-know-what-happened-to.html ) it has come to my attention that we, the video gamers, have been denied many potential fantastic products by Jellyvision, Inc.'s decision to not concentrate on video games. We respect their decision as it is their choice, but hope to have them consider publishing a new (or collected) volume of You Don't Know Jack for the next generation of gaming consoles. With the advent of headsets for communication in games, Jellyvision can now fully recognize their original vision of the You Don't Know Jack franchise, "... the perfect experience for Interactive TV – to be played by a bunch of friends on a couch, rather than crowded around a keyboard." Coupled with their forthcoming iCi technology, Jellyvision stands poised to not only have an excellent example of their tech, but a fantastic game. So, Jellyvision, what do you say? Give us the good stuff. And by "good stuff," we do indeed mean badgers. |

18 Mar 2006 - 10:48 Bryan C Bartels : I support this petition. I will repeat the concern here. Keep it coming. ALSO, I am a fan from years ago...I am surprised that such a popular game does not still have bundled items. I played the game for hours online as well as on friend's computers. When I am now trying to buy a bundle (normal industry standard) I cannot do so. I have just spent 2 hours trying to find a source to buy YDKJ Jumbo and Snack...and find that there are no sources. PLUS Jellyvision does not offer them anymore. WOW, bogus thinking that will encourage piracy. They think they can maximize the dollars and only encourage copies when folks like me want to buy the real deal. If there is interest, THE MAN should not make foolish decisions that they think will make a buck. Later, I gotta play a game (name withheld) that the folks wanted me to buy individually...and they didn't get a red cent...yep those excutives really earned their paychecks (not). |
5 Mar 2006 - 22:18 Cherry Olson : I support this petition. We have bought all versions of YDKJ, for our PC. We would love to see it for Playstation. It's a little cramped around the PC! Please consider this! |
3 Mar 2006 - 10:11 Jarred : Lost Gold was great even if it was short. Bring some more Jack games into the universe, Jellyvision. Wondertwin powers... activate! |
20 Feb 2006 - 20:48 David M. Carswell : Jellyvision doesn't know jack! I have met so many people that miss the games! Seems they have lost it... i mean look at their boring website... no mac support... guess they made their bucks and dropped jack! what a shame.... Maybe someone should come up with a new subculture version called "You Don't Know Crack!" and bank the money they don't care to have! Tsk Tsk Tsk... what a loss |
24 Jan 2006 - 7:42 mike : Bring YDKJ to Xbox Live Arcade!! - or at least license it to someone who can!! It would be a huge hit! |
4 Sep 2005 - 2:55 Sam Feeley : YDKJ The Ride 2 would be the best thing ever, if only JVI would get their fat asses off the couch and make it. DO IT. NOW. |
4 Sep 2005 - 0:58 Joseph Grabko : I got hooked... own all of them except the overseas versions. Hell, i'll take Buzz as a host at this point, i'm desperate! Joe Grabko, a.k.a, Coolgamer. |
1 Sep 2005 - 10:15 Yo MAMA : DA DA DA |
30 Aug 2005 - 8:41 grego : this is a funny sketch |
28 Aug 2005 - 3:20 Nicole GuBrath : YDKJ disappeared without warning. Please come back! I loved the weekly online game, too! |
25 Aug 2005 - 20:40 Kemal aka sessler_man112 : we want Jack |
25 Aug 2005 - 18:43 Myles McCormack : The You Don't Know Jack series has been one of the most awesome serii ever. It's got comedy, it's got game show antics, it's got everything a TV game show (except for MAAAAAAAAAAYBE the YDKJ Show on ABC) should have. There should be at least ONE more YDKJ... |
23 Aug 2005 - 9:46 Adam White : Pretty please? I love YDKJ |
23 Aug 2005 - 9:31 Jordan Hass : If you think i won't sign the petetition then...YOU DON'T KNOW JACK! |
18 Aug 2005 - 5:25 Trevor DeChane : Bring YDKJ back. I remember when I first discovered them. I wish I had a time machine to go back to fall 1999 and discover them all over again. |

10 Aug 2005 - 3:54 Steven Walker : Jellyvision is one of the best developers. Ever. Their games are among the most unique in the industry. I would really like to see them back in the gaming industry again. |
8 Aug 2005 - 4:47 Ian Lefkowitz : How refreshing it was only 6 years ago to pop YDKJ into the computer and have hours of non-stop entertainment. How sad it is that games like this have ceased to exist. Come on Jellyvision, do what no other company left will do. Make something different, like always! Bring back You Don't Know Jack. |
7 Aug 2005 - 3:56 Brian Zwiener : Jack is my only real entertainment these days due to the garbage so many companies are putting on consoles. Utalising the technology of tomorrow for Jack would be the best way to finish up the series. Just one more game... |
7 Aug 2005 - 3:21 Old Man's Brother : I don't know what this whole ruckus about jelly and badgers are all about, but you kids better get your acts together now yahear? |
6 Aug 2005 - 10:54 Andrew Cossen : I love YDKJ and have for many years.. The proletariat demands more! |
6 Aug 2005 - 10:31 Raymond Costanza : jack is just one of those rare games that has character, skill, and farts. Please make more otherwise i will not be happy. |
5 Aug 2005 - 23:37 Parker Kensing : We need more jack |
5 Aug 2005 - 10:02 Chris Lundy : Show the world how much better you are, Jellyvision. |

29 Jul 2005 - 4:19 austin : Ah yes, these incredibly creative people must be inspired, at gun point if necessary, to focus their energies once again for all the drinking game parties languishing without their talents. |
29 Jul 2005 - 4:13 Scott Linder : This so would be a great online game! Or at least give us a new improved version to play! |
29 Jul 2005 - 3:12 Ben : Forget the couch, this series is *perfect* for online multiplayer, especially with the potential for downloadable questions and even tournaments with sponsers and prizes. |
29 Jul 2005 - 3:04 Clayton Tidwell : My friends and I would play until all hours of the night and usually, drinking was involved! Great fun! |
29 Jul 2005 - 2:45 Clement Cherlin : Sounds good to me. YDKJ would be awesome with 4 players on one TV and even more over network/Internet play. |
29 Jul 2005 - 2:35 Adam M : This seems ripe for consoles - current and next gen. 4 players sitting on the couch not cramped at a keyboard? Sign me up. |
