This is an online petition to raise the charges of Brennan to negligent
homicide for the killing of Robert Squires.
It appears you can get away with hit and run from behind and killing a wonderful person means nothing! Brennan was charged by the Montana Attorney General?s Office with the following:
Felony Failure to remain/provide information at the scene
Misdemeanor Careless Driving Misdemeanor Failure to give immediate notice of accident
NOTHING about vehicular homicide, negligent homicide or even vehicular manslaughter!
I am starting this because I insist that the AG do the job we pay them for. Follow these instructions:
1. Please fill out completely Feel free to contact me at justice4rob@bresnan.net. I know alot of you have already signed the email one but it didn't work as well as this one will. Please do it again. I rushed too much. I am sorry. After we get enough peoples names on here this will be copied and sent to whomever it takes to get this resolved. Time is of the escence. We need to get this done before they rush this through the courts!

Because of one of the posts here, I would like to point out this is not a civil case. We are not trying to get money, only Justice.

It is now too late to ask for more charges but if you email punkysq@yahoo.com she can send you a email petition to make surte this woman gets prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for the leanient charges she has already recieved.
