On April 15th 2007. Everybody that knew John lives changed. John was skateboarding on the side of the road at night with two friends to go pick up his girlfriend on the way home a drunk driver hit him. He hit him so hard that he flew quiet a ways into a ditch. He was killed instantly from the impact. The guy never stopped he kept on going. He just left him there in the ditch like a piece of trash. After that he turned on the windshield whippers to clean the windows so he could see. Johns girlfriend and friends didn't know what happened they had to go and find him they thought he was unconscious. The guy that hit him wasn't even supposed to be driving because his license was suspended from a previous DUI. He felt so good about himself after he hit and killed John and didn't stop he went off to have some more beers. He texted his friend and said he thought he hit something. The guy didn't even turn himself in his friend did that he borrowed the car from that seen damaged on it. Now many people are in pain. Thanks to Shawn Pierce. They only gave him 4 years and 2 months because he fake cried and said he was "sorry" his way out. When we know he was only crying because he didn't want to go to jail! I know it won't bring John back. But come on, you can kill accidentally hit a worker on the side of the road and get 15 years but you can go out get drunk, do drugs, drive on a suspended license from a previous DUI, hit a kid, and take off without making an unknown call to the police and turn on the windshield whippers to clean the windows off so he could see. I mean wtf man whats this world coming to? Hes gonna end up doing it again. Please help us protest to get justice. John never did anything to this person.
