worse. The only things they represent are trying to be something
they're not. Calling themselves "punk" is stupid altogether
because of the fact they have no clue what it's about. People like this
do **** like wearing the anarchy symbol to be trendy and they don't
even believe in what it stands for. Maybe it's going far to say
everyone who likes them is a poser, but they are. And if you say it's
wrong to ***** about it and you consider yourself "punk" that
doesn't even make sense. If there are *****es out there basically
mocking this subculture by going against everything it stands for and
calling themselves punk, then why wouldn't anyone ***** about it?

First of all, all of these bands should just fall flat of the face of the
earth. Since they have no talent, they try to get people to like them by
calling themselves punk. Real punk isnt just an item, you cant just dress
it up and call it that. Thats what these bands are attempting to do.
Second of all, it isnt a generalization to be a part of this subculture.
It's just a system of beliefs, music, and way of life. Why are people

Not to be rude or anything, but in my opinion, Simple Plan and all of the
other mainstream bands like them are unorigional and artificial.
I really wouldn't mind them that much if they would stop dressing the
way they do, and whining about how crappy their lives are. It makes them
seem so much more fake. If they just did their own thing and stopped trying
to be what they're not, I wouldn't have a problem with them.
It's just the fact that they are labelling themselves as "Punk
rawkers" just because it's becoming the cool thing again. |
