I purchased my Boston terrier puppy from here almost a year ago.....since then she has had Kennel Cough.....Cherry eye in both eyes, dermatitis on her paws......ear infections.......and now we have noticed she has been itching like crazy and there are no fleas present we took her a few weeks ago to the vet and they gave us steroids for allergies and that has not worked.....now they are saying that she inherited tiny mites on her hair folicles........we have spent soooo much money...and time and constant worry.....i think this place needs to be SHUT DOWN b/c they are getting their puppies from MIlls.......if my dog was properly bred she would not have any of these problems.....we also paid the extra 15 bucks for her papers and they never gave them to us like they promised...so we can\'t even contact the so-called breeder in which she came from!!! Please DO NOT support this kennel they have way too many puppies to care for properly and they purchase these dogs from who knows where!! They are a disgrace!!! I have spoken with other people who have bought their puppies from here and they too have dealt with kennel cough and other preventable issues that come about from having unsanitary conditions and not enough proper care......plus you can\'t even see where they keep these puppies as you are not allowed down stairs....you can\'t help but fall in love and a rolly polly puppy and want to take them home...that is what happen to me and I am constantly worriying about my dog and her health.......this place supports puppy mills and needs to be closed for good.....check out the channel 5 news report about Laughlin...as well as the police report of the delivery truck where they opened the back and saw numerous puppies in crates with yellow water and no mats to protect their legs from falling through the openings...real nice!!

I bought a Boston Terrier and their \"congenital defect guarantee\" only to find out the hard way that the contract is useless unless the dog dies. Tell that to the vet who charged me $600 to diagnose a hypoplastic trachea, which is a sign of bad breeding and most assuredly a congenital defect. For the first year of my pup\'s life he would throw up every time he drank water. Sometimes he would dry heave until he passed out. When I contacted the owner (after several weeks of dealing with her uncomfortably carefree office-kids) she was infuriatingly mean. Thankfully, my pup is better now, but be warned that this office sells poorly bred dogs and contracts they refuse to honor, along with poignantly disturbing customer service and a holding area you won\'t be able to investigate.

Disgusting. I bought a puppy from them before I fully researched. My vet said she was most definitely from a puppy mill, though I was lucky she hasn't gotten ill yet, though was severely malnourished when I got her. (Vet said this too.)
