or robbed someone or hurt someone. the only reason its illegal is because
the government cant put taxes on it. Honestly i am a very big weed smoker
all day everyday i dont care who knows but it needs to be legalized. Its

I love marijuana. Its not drug. How can you have Tobacco/Alcohol kill more
people than any other drugs in one year and they are legal. Oxycotten,
salvia, is legal. So I think it's about time to legalize this great

Marijuana should be legalized yet controlled in the US. Ie. DUI penalties
and underage possession,sale, distribution should remain illeagal. Its sale
should be reserved to certain licenced establisments such as liquor stores
or Neatherland style coffee houses and legal amounts for personal use
should be regualted. Ie, more than say 40 grams can be considered intent to
illeagl distribution and still considered an offense. In summary, marijuana
should be legalized in a responsible way and those whochoose to use
marijuana should be responsible enough so that their use of pot does not
negatively effect others. |
