Did you know, on average every 45 seconds someone gets arrested for smoking weed? Our resources are going to catch somone for smoking a joint, yet we ***** about murders and kidnappers and so on. Im not calling for legalizing Marijuana (althought I do think it should be legalized) I just think that Marijuana smoking should not be a crime, and its sentence time should be reduced.
