This petition is designed to limit tobacco use, by providing a card to each smoker in the state of Florida. When one wants to purchase tobacco, they simply gives the card to the cashier, and the machine the card is swiped in tracks how much tobacco has been bought from that specified person. If the person is at or over their daily limit, the cashier cannot give the consumer tobacco for that day. Daily limits will vary for different kinds of people. By this, we could possibly be saving 200,000 people a year. That means that 567,843 people would not have to mourn over a loved one, because their loved one died from too much use of tobacco. So, please help win this fight, not for me, but for those 567,843 people you are letting suffer yearly.

I can't believe no one has torn you a new ******* yet. You're suggesting rationing tobacco? Look, if YOU need someone to hold your hand when you take a piss, then you should really work that out in a private arrangement. People, or the state of Florida in this case, are not a throng of glassy-eyed five year olds who need to be coaxed through life. What's good for you, isn't necessarily good for everyone else. And if someone wants to help themselves to a second helping of tobacco, they're damn well entitled to.
