Je souffre de neuropathie, fibrose musculaire, contractures des muscles, vertiges, maux de tête atroces, hypotension, insuffisance ovarienne (ménopause précoce à cause de l\'Enantone et Décapeptyl). Et une thyroïdite autoimmune. Je précise que j\'étais en parfaite santé avant Enantone et Decapeptyl, prescrits soi-disant pour \"assécher\" une endométriose découverte par hasard, qui ne me causait aucun souci.
Et maintenant, il y a des jours où je ne tiens pas debout.
Honte aux laboratoires et aux médecins qui s\'en mettent plein les poches avec l\'argent des labos pour prescrire ces médocs et faire leur publicité! Honte aux associations telles EndoFrance qui acceptent ces médecins dans leur conseil scientifique et ne posent pas de questions sur les effets secondaires.
I support this petition. In 1993 I have been treated 6 months of Synarel, the same effects and side effects as Lupron. I have terrible adverse effects, the same you wrote about Lupron, among other things differcult
joint pain with complications and rapid bone loss.These troubles did´nt stop after the treatment.
This have been very hard for my health and for my life.
The story of this drugs are identical, the silence has been total of this big problems and negativ effects. The information is misleading about the serius risks
connected with this drug. Something must be done!!

I support this petition. LUPRON HAS BEEN MY NIGHTMARE for 6 years now.. I was on it for only 6 months of injections and I now have thyroid problems,PCOS,Heart irregularities,IM FAT NOW 40lbs gained in 6 months and its been 6 yrs and NOTHING comes off with diet AND exercise. Im basically nuts now. I feel like stagnent water my system doesnt flow anymore. I have mood swings, depression, cellulite from the weight that ive gained. STILL have hot flashes constantly I took this at 30 years old people. I feel old and THANK GOD i still have my sex drive but thats just me. My mind i think. My body hurts all the time. I feel good maybe for 4 days out of the month. Allergies that I've never had before. Dry skin, memory loss.. When I went back to the doc that put me on it..he said. Huh,.. THATS IT..like oh well..thats how you will deal with menopause.. This drug has destroyed my life. From what I hear there is no reversing the side effects of it. It triggered my hormones to shut off but nothing turned back on when I came off of it... DO NOT EVER TAKE LUPRON..I was a normal person just like you and thought this wouldn't happen to me but it did..THEY SHOULD BAN IT FOREVER...
I support this petition. I was treated with Lupron for a long period of time. I suffer dramatically with symptoms same as others have listed, including: Fibromyalgia, Chronic Severe Migraines w/myofacial pain, bipolar and depressive disorders, numbness, hot flashes/sweats, GI problems, weight gain, hirsutism, nervousness/anxiety, parasthesia, a heart murmur post-Lupron, skin changes, anxiety, insomnia, memory problems, chronic rhinitis, and more.

I too support this petition, but instead of us all complaining about how bad we feel day in and day out lets learn how to maybe pray for each other everyday at the same time so that our heath can return back to its normal state prior to taking Lupron. For the bible says that if any two or more touch and agree on anything and believe that it can be done by asking in my name my father will do this for you. Let's start up a group of agreeing women praying, touching and agreeing with each other for our healing.
i took the lupron shot 12 days ago and have been bleeding since. i have also had this tightening in my chest that i have never experienced before. i was in class and scared that if i moved a certain way i would have a heart attack. like i said, never before. WE DO NOT KNOW THE LONG TERM SIDE EFFECTS YET, THAT'S THE SCARY PART!
