You know it makes sense. HD DVD is the far better product and as a consumer I deserve to be able to purchase products for my chosen format and not one chosen for me.
MUCH LOWER HARDWARE, VERY CHEAP XBOX 360 (AND PC COMPATIBLE) DRIVE, LOTS OF MAJOR AND INDEPENDANT STUDIO SUPPORT , 10-1 SOFTWARE SALES RATIO, THE NAMES "HD" AND MOST IMPORTANTLY "DVD" AS A BRAND! HD DVD CANT LOSE! AND ILL BET YOU DISNEY WILL BE ON BOARD VERY SOON TOO IF THEY ARE NOT STUPID!... HD DDVD WILL WIN BECAUSE OF 1- PRICE, 2- QUALITY, 3- CONTENT (WITH OR WITHOUT MGM AND SONY PICTURES FILMS!) AND 4- HOME COMPUTER SUPPORT
I would like to see a joining of HD DVD and Blu Ray but I don't see this in the near future. I have therefore, chosen HD DVD as my HD content proveder due to cost, the ability to have multi-format disks, and the ability to network my library around the house without needing to take my collection into every room I might wish to view. Please support both formats instead of alienating part of you potential audience. Thank you.
HD DVD is better than the competitor. I luv purchasing the HD DVD Combos for the whole family to enjoy. We need more HD DVD titles especially in Combos for now until it IS the standard.

from what i've seen, HD-DVD has superior picture quality as Blu-Ray tends to get sparkles everywhere but the characters. You movies would greatly benefit from this jump
HD DVD is the leader in hi-def entertainment. We just need more studios to support it. Better video quality, and more affordable for the average consumer.
Please release HD DVD titles as soon as you can. My HD DVD collection is at 35 titles and want to see many of your films. Furthermore, Sony seems to want to control all High Definition content... hedge your bets.... remember VHS vs Betamax
