Michael Jackson WAS tried, but was acquitted. I am sure that he is guilty of inappropriate behavior, but not so certain that he actually molested children. Money is a great motivator, and we live in a lawsuit happy society. If Michael were to be found guilty, the young man's mother should have been child with child prostitution as she was right there in Neverland spending Michael's money and going on lavish vacations. The whole matter is unfortunate, but the American Justice system has done it's job.
