Bring Microsoft's Services/Competitions to all

This is for everyone who wants to Microsoft realise there are markets and people around the world who want to use their services and products.
Obvisouly most things are already open to the world but there are things like the Zune service and the ZuneHD that are only for the US. In recent weeks there have been several competitions run by Microsoft but to enter the participants had to be from the US, I don\\\'t see why this should be as the competitions were for Windows, which, as far as I know, is sold pretty much everywhere.
We the undersigned wish to see Microsoft open up more of their services, products and competitions to world so all can use and benefit from them.
