We over at BestActEver.com would like to know what happened at the 2008 MTV EMA Liverpool, specifically the Best Act Ever Award. You may have thought that this was a joke, but all of who voted really believed that that Rick Astley is the Best Act Ever, If you havent noticed, he is the oldest act in the competition for the award of Best Act Ever. Why was there a big hype over the other awards at the MTV EMA 2008 Liverpool, and not one for the Best Act Ever Award? For example a few things that we found to be off was:

1) No nominee video sequences
2) No "3-2-1 count back"
3) The award name didn’t come up in the background like the other awards.
4) Rick wasnt on stage like the other acts.
