I support this petition wholehearted! I love madden and its really the only game I play on the 360. Now, my console seems to freeze constantly on Madden Load up. Sometimes right after "EA sports, its in the game" is announced!

I have looked forward to playing madden 09 its not bad enough that you took away most of the features we've learned to love from madden such as loading user profile for each player on the team select screen but the game freezes and i'm getting the run around from EA Sports when I call telling some bull about it may being the save file thats damaged. please make a game that works or release a patch to fix the darn problem. its not fair for us to pay money for a product if it doesnt work.

Can you imagine how many more countless thousands of people without access to this forum are feeling right now about this game?? Last year, I was deployed to Iraq and we turned to Madden Franchise to hide the horrors of our circumstances but what happens? THE GAME F'ING FREEZES AND WE CANNOT CONTINUE IN OUR FRANCHISES. We didn't have access to a GOD D@#$ patch in Iraq! I buy the game for the 13th year in a row, coming back like an ignorant dog thinking EA fixed everything but what happens? IT FREEZES UP AGAIN!!! Four times and counting the freeze occurs mid-game in franchise mode resulting in countless hours wasted and amazing stats thrown away.
EA, we are in the year 2009 where the technology today is so impressive that a product should not have this many problems!! We don't care about F'ing new endzone celebrations or *** Madden moments or having advertisements all over the stupid game (in my 2nd franchise season, half the stadiums are now called Under Armour field). We want a game that freakn' works. I remember Madden 2004-2005 for PS2 being great. Go back to that. Create competition within your company to make a better product because you are abusing the NFL license. I am so close to never buying this game again and I have been the biggest fan for so long but there is only so much a person can take from a corporation that makes $3.6 billion a year!!! The only thing I see from that is how many upset customers you really have.

I support this petition. NFL is all about competition, these things would not happen if EA sports would have to work hard because of other companies out there working on nfl games. If EA cannot deliver quality nfl games, don't buy NFL rights!!!
I support this petition. The Super Bowl freezes either before or after the game in both Superstar and Franchise modes! What's the point of the game if I have to always sim the Superbowl?!
I support this petition. Only reason I buy the damn thing is to play franchise mode and I can't do that because of the freezing issues. Since they didn't fix this from last years game I don't feel compelled to throw money away on this *^*(#%!@#$@ next year. And I've actually been a loyal player for 20 years
I support this petition and feel it is terrible that they released this response, "I'll state again (as I have before) that we have to keep balancing this work against Madden NFL 2010. The longer we keep going on patches, the less we can add to the following year's product." They have shown that they do not care about their loyal customers but only care about taking our money.

I support this petition. I had to send my system to Sony for repair after it froze during my first Madden09 game. It refused to recognized any discs after it froze. I want my money back for this game.
This is ridiculous! I'm only in my second season in my franchise and now my game freezes every time I try to train... This happened in last year's game too. How can a company like EA let all these very noticeable glitches remain in the game when they release it? I seriously hate EA.

I believe I deserve my money back. I bought this game specifically to play franchise and I cannot. If I were to buy a car and I find out afer purchasing that it doesn't drive I would get my money back right? I mean what type of consumer fraud is this that EA is running?
