marijuana has every right to be legal!, i think it should only be used in homes not publicly but other wise the goverment has no right whatsoever to tell us what we can and cant do to our bodys.
im 15 an i smoke weed it helps me concentrate more in skool n if ink fings thru more i got a really bad temper aswell and weed makes me more relaxed and less likely to kick off it should be made legal it isnt no were near as bad as crack n heroine i dont even class weed as a drug its harmless the government needs 2 stop goin on bout weed all tha time wen theres muders n rape goin on. weed isnt the cause of every problem most of its down to alcohol or harder drugs !
I think that weed should be legalized! Their is many people that some pot to help with anzity and it is a lot more better for u then drugs that doc\'s give u! And also We have all of these stuff that we can get for stores that kill people everyday!! But u do not hear of pot killing people!!

weed is illegal only because the government makes no money from it. tobbacco is worse than weed, yet it is legal because of big companies like marlboro and camel that give the government money.
There is nothing wrong with weed! The reason the government says they make it illegal is because it kills brain cells and lowers self-esteem but what they don't realize is that for all the cells you lose, you gain just as many and maybe more because you think about so much more, you discover new ways and think more logically, from my experiences.I am 15 and I have been smoking since I was 12, I have straight A's and am a sophomore in high school and have a 4.00 GPA. (It'd be great if it went to 4.20 GPA =D)But one thing that is overlooked is that the health effects are not the MAIN reason it is illegal. The main reason is that the government would not be able to make as many tax dollars from weed as they do alcohol or tobacco seeing as how they put many chemicals into them and take taxes for every chemical, they can't do that with weed because for one thing, it is a natural growing substance and the other is if they did put as many chemicals into it as tobacco and alcohol it would ruin the effects that it gives and therefore making it unwanted to most.So I 100% agree weed should be legal and if more people had the courage to say it out loud then I'm positive it would be legalized very soon.

I live in missouri. The meth and crack capital of the U.S. I bust my balls all day brick laying and i smoke alittle weed after work to relax. Cops shouldnt be wasting time on a plant,when they could be busting a meth lab. Their acting like F*CKING NAZI'S.
making pot legal can only benifit the U.S. ... think of how much more tax money would be generated. ... think of how much less taxpayer money would be spent to house/process marijuana related offenders. not to mention the medical benifits that are already well documented. marijuana should be made 100% legal PERIOD. i think that weed should be legal. it grows from the ground. what if everyone started smoking maple leafs and said they got high.would they make those ilegal too? i think its just stupid.alchohal is way worse then weed. do you ever hear of anyone being to high to drive getting caught? no i dont think so.

I've been smoking pot for 30yrs. I'm married and have no kids. Nothing helps monthly pain like smoking a little pot. Now I can't find any anywhere. I never hurt anyone smoking. Cigaretes and alcohol are A LOT WORSE. Legalize it PLEASE!
Marijuana should be legal! Stay away from dumb chemical drugs like meth and crap! Marijuana's not a drug, its a plant. And did you know it makes 4x as much paper then any other plant?
