If you look at the figures for rape only 4-5% get a conviction, how is this justice? More and more people are afraid to come forward or go to trial because of the way the legal system is set up. People are asked on the stand in the court how many people they have slept with, how many was on the first date etc and that is how so many people are getting away with rape.

Article 13 was not put into the Human Rights Act 1998 as it promises the 'Right to an effective remedy'...How can 4-5% conviction rate be an "effective" remedy? This is why it was not incorporated in as the Goverment knows there is a massive flaw within the legal system which is allowing rapists to walk free.

Lets get Article 13 put into UK law and lets force the Goverment to provide this effective remedy!
