I pay $60 a month for Austar for the specific purpose of being able to watch some NBA and the coverage is crap. If NBATV were added I'd keep paying, but with the pathetic coverage of the playoffs I think I'll be cancelling after this years Finals....

Australia does have a poor showing of basketball on television, it's not on free-to-air, it's timing is never 100% compared to what the program guide says is on. If our cable tv companies had this i'm sure it would get a bigger rep for basketball around Australia and push other little kids to become another Australian number 1 draft pick.
