North Marion high school should be allowed to get a lacrosse team.

North Marion High School needs something new .Perhaps a lacrosse team. North Marion should get a lacrosse team for their students.
NMHS sports have not been doing very well compared to their past. Lacrosse could possibly attract more students than other old, regular sports like football or basketball. Everyone knows what these sports are about, and students might want to try something new. Students who regularly don’t play sports might try lacrosse, see how fun it is, and want to try other sports. This could be just what NMHS needs to upstart the rest of their sports programs.
Another reason that North Marion should get a team is because Fairmont Senior has a team. They have the only team in the county. North Marion students should have an equal opportunity. Why give Fairmont Senior the county champ title without a fight.
Lacrosse was the first sport in North America. It was started by the Native Americans and adapted by the Canadians. Why not learn the oldest sport known to our continent. It would interest students in our history.
If a lacrosse team were assembled at North Marion students who participated would not be getting into trouble. This is because they would be trying to grasp a new sport. Lacrosse would be a great addition to North Marion sports.
