NowInc is a Seller on Ebay who sells junk items and treats customers unfairly and does not try to fix the problem, even though they say they do. Customer service is horrible as well as the products. I had many problems with them and tried to handle the problems is a nice manner and they went off on me, I left a neutral feedback and they left me a negative basically calling me a lier, since then I have had problems with my purchase and all I get is auto replies. Their feedback is horrible and they are ruining Ebay buyers reputations for their faults and this is not fair. Please sign the petition to help get them off Ebay. They have had 48 negatives this past month, 185 in the past 6 months and 293 in the past 12 months, Neutrals- 72 in the past month, 355 in the past 6 months and 538 in the past 12 months!! Even the people who left the neutrals got negative feedback, how bad is that? Please help by signing the petition, Thank you for your time.

I WISH I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH THIS CAMERA IS CRAP. IDON'T CARE ABOUT MY MONEY BUT I HATE TO SEE SOMEONE ELSE WASTE THEIR MONEY. GO TO WAL MART BUY A CANON OR SONY.

I support this petition big time! I purchased a 12 megapixel camera from nowinc via ebay. The item was falsely advertised - and may have been a 1 megapixel, if that. I follwed all of their rules to get my money back (sending the camera back, orignal box, etc. etc.)(which cost more money!). I was finally issued a credit, but the company is long gone. That was my first purchase with ebay. I was furious at the time, but there was no one who would listen to my complaint. I definitely support this petition. Anything else I can do, just let me know.

This camera is junk. I wasted $150 on this- took over a month to get the dang thing shipped to me. 12 mp my tush. None of the pictures come out-they are all white-washed. What a waste. I hope they go down for good! This should definately be a class-action suit.

I bought a digital camera which did not work. They send to send it back, which I did, and I have not heard from them for two years. Order #29127124. $220.48 thrown away AND they have the junk camera.

though I'm somewhat happy with my camera, I feel I should support others that have been scammed/ripped off/mislead by this company. I could've had a bad experience but I'm one of the lucky ones. The camera I purchased from them on Ebay is an OK camera. The only thing I'm annoyed about is the battery life. Internet businesses that mislead customers should have the full brunt of the law exercised on them.

I received the same garbage camera and left a neutral feedback they responded with a negative feedback. bciauctions/nowinc have been removed from ebay but I'm stuck with there feedback

I received a camera that was used and scuffed up. I tried to contact them and was unable to. So, i posted negative feedback, then they did it back to me. Now the stupid camera doesnt even work. I can't get in touch with anyone to send it back with my 1 yr warranty

A camera I purchased had bad color quality and was out of focus. I contacted them for a refund. I UPSed the unit and received a "credit". When I tried to redeem the credit, the A__holes had disappeared.

like the rest of you, my camera was crappy, then broke, and now I don't even know where to send it to get it repaired through my "guaranteed 1 year warranty" because they've disappeared. I also bought a memory card from them that malfunctioned and won't hold photos anymore. I hope something comes of this petition.

I boght a 12 megapixel 9supposedly) camera back in october. WhenI received it, I figured out it wasn't even 1 megapixel. i followed their guidelines to return the item for credit. Now that I try to redeem my credit, they are no where to be found.

For all of the reasons that complaintants have made, I support this petition. The larger issue is why eBay doesn't take these complaints more seriously. At this point they can joint the defendants list too. Class Actions suits cast a wide net. Ebay has far more to lose than some scam camera company.

I support this petition.I bought a camera 12 mega. it didn't look like 1 mega I I thought its me doesn't know about digital cameras so I returned it. they emailed me saying that I can't get my money back only to buy a different item. And now there's not even a website for them. I'm sure it was a scam. and I support this Pitition, just when you think of people like them still working it make you sick
