The Nintendo Revolution should not be region locked, because people like importing games. And what about the DVD player and DVD regions? That would get confusing. Also, what if you move countries? you'd have to buy a new console. So this is to make it easier to the public. Please sign!

This is an absolute must or I will not be buying this console! Nintendo has said they wanted to shake up the industry with this console; please do and make it region free giving priority to end user convenience instead of irrational importing fears and market protectionism.

It would be great if the Revolution would be region-free... Nintendo did so with the NDS, and that worked great, so why not make the same approach with the Revolution...

I like the ds being region-free because I can import the games that dont come over, yet still buy the ones in the uk :)

I fully suppor this petition. If they don't make it region free this will mean people will start modding the Revolution and do things the "illegal" way. If it's region free, it'll be a win - win situation.

I uderstand your reasons and all that. But Nintendo just doesnt like people importing games in and stuff like that, they want people to buy the game properly
