Goal Met!

The years come and go, and this aging neighborhood edges closer to oblivion. Or at least it seems so. The neighborhood of Sunrise Estates is in long over due need of a massive reconstruction. The plans have long been laid out. They’ve been viewed, voted, and finalized. But the funding never came. With the submission of this petition it is our aim to see that the plans of the Sunrise Reconstruction Act are followed through with. Please aid us in doing this; your help is much appreciated.

The Sunrise Reconstruction Act entitles the following to be done in the current area now known as Sunrise Estates;

-Establish the City of Sunrise, giving the city full rights to self regulate and operate

-The roadway known as Broadview Ct. to immediately be widened and have interchange with Interstate 70

-Demolition of current City Hall and Red Light District located at 521 N. Broadview Ct.

-Construction of 40-story high tower at 521 N. Broadview Ct. Tower is titled as Red Light Tower. Will house new city hall, police facilities, transit transfer center, private restaurants, and a large ‘hoe-tel’ that will comprise most of the tower.

-Clear many lots around central Broadview Ct. near new Red Light Tower for other operations to boost economy, and give sluts place to lay low

-Demolish old Diamond Furniture showroom. This place sucked ass then, will suck ass in the future. This property serves no use.

-Update Hell Hole Tower to suit future growth. Ensure highest level of surveillance is reached at all times. Update with high tech weaponry.

-Hang at least ten ******s, just for fun!

-Install ****ty light-weight rail or monorail system to shuttle people from more dense areas to destinations such as Red Light Tower, Hate Thy Neighbor Park, Prairie Grove Drive-Thru Baptist Church, and surrounding areas. Consider hook up to Columbia’s transit systems.

-Other plans may be drafted at later times to suit the needs of the area with out approval from county commission or city council.

The total for these plans is not yet known. No budget exists at this time, nor is planned to be in the near future. FY 2011 is the earliest year for funding. The FY 11 budget must be submitted by the end of FY 09.

These plans were agreed upon by Mayor J M. and Pimp/Drug Cartel Darlene S. on this day, Sunday August 10th, 2009 AD.

As the mayor of Sunrise I have seen hard times. Since the Reconstruction Act was drafted and signed over a half-year ago, hard, grueling times have hit Sunrise. Prostitutes are barely able to pay their pimps, who no longer drive but ride bicycles stolen from little children. The drug dealers, long made wealthy at the expense of others, now are broke since everyone just grows the sh-it them selves. Now, they roam the streets, aimlessly wandering for a better time. And I can say I have seen the worst brought out. During the depths of winter, after the Second Fity-Cent T-Shirt Riot, many poor ni-ggers, and normal ni-ggers (poor, but with South Pole attires and Reebok shoes) have since been forced to eat their aborted infants. I hear their d,amn good with collard greens and corn bread. What I hope for in the end is a full recovery to bring Sunrise back to where it was. Which was quite s\'hitty to say the least. From there, we can only hope the n\'iggers will back away from the Central Segregation Fence and turn down their d\'amn music. And may God bless us all.
