This is a great time to reintroduce those classic shows from the 90s. The kids who grew up with them (like me) are starting to remember what it was like back then.... give us our shows back!
Lets not forget "All That" and "Kenan and Kel". I loved watching "Are you Afraid of the Dark?" as a child. Bringing them to DVD would send me to the moon.
Honestly, even my dad's been begging me to buy him a dvd with Kablaam on it (he thought 'Prometheus and Bob' was the most creative thing ever). I miss the 90s in general, but to deny us these memories! What!
I just came to the website, trying to remember all the good shows we had in the 90s, and we really have lost a lot of them. I think they should put these tv shows on noggin. They put all the old cartoon network shows on boomerang, let us have our shows!
There is no need to keep coming up with new shows with little creativity behind them... all teh shows mentioned were great. Stick Stickly was so awesome...no one ever remembers him
i grew up with all of nickelodeons old shows. i wish theyd still show the re-runs. what is wrong with nick -- they're trying to hard with the newer shows.
hi i use to watch a lot of nickelodeon when i was younger and i would like to release all these classic nick shows on dvd but mostly kablam for sure. maybe if you guys release box sets of nickelodeon like the best of nickelodeon 1990-1992 or sommething like that or best of nicktoons box set one or something so we can have a whole bunch of our shows in a box set so we dont have to wait for seasons when they come out. or at least until they do. we can still enjoy our old shows for now.
Im 19 teen years old and I miss these old shows to death. I grow up on these shows and if my dad can get Threes Company and The Brady Bunch on dvd we should get some of ours. Please put these shows on dvd. Hey Arnold, Doug, The Angry Beavers, Ren and Stimpy, Kablam, AHH! Real Monsters and, The Adventure's of Pete and Pete. Thank you.
The Nickelodeon shows I watched as a kid were awesome, TV has lots that classic touch and what's important for kids to watch on TV, not just the pointless, rediculous stuff that's on TV today.
I don't know why, but I woke up at 3am this morning thinking about Eureka's Castle,
and now I wish I could watch it again, along with all of the other cartoons you listed, those were the good old days!
I agree wholeheartedly, but what happened to Legends of the Hidden Temple and Guts and Double Dare and the original All That??? And Doug too, I agree SaraH!
AH! what a frikin awesome paetition! i AGREE 100%!!!ah, nick has abandoned all tv shows with good taste, such as the angry beavers, or roco's modern life!!! I LOVED that show!!!! and eureka's castle, ahhhhhhh, and what the hell happened to doug!?!? we need classic doug
! NEED IT!
My life turned to shambles when these shows were taken off the air. I miss my Eureka's castle and Fraggle Rock....or the fact I would pee my pants when I watched Are You Afraid of the Dark? every friday night...*sigh*...what a great petition.
As a 90's child these shows kept me going through school without going absolutely bonkers. I would love to see official releases of all of these, especially Rocko's and Angry Beavers. I know it sounds bad but what about Franklin the Turtle?!?!? I loved that show!
Er...All of the above are correct. I miss my David the Gnome! I would buy every old 90's show that they brought out. I'm NOT kidding. Angry Beavers, Rocko, Ren & Stimpy, Salute Your Shorts, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Hey, Dude, Keenan & Kel, Eureka's Castle (*****es!)...And what was the one of the guy that lived in the tree trunk and played guitar? Am I the only one that remembers that?!
I think it would be quite lucrative for Nick to release the 90s era shows. We are, after all, the 2nd largest generation currently alive. I'd buy them. All of them.
All these shows are so awesome. Nick needs to get off thier high-horse and put them out on DVD. Who's to say that kids now a days won't like them? It is worth the risk.
These shows were awesome. Most of the cartoons now don't old a candle to the old ones. I would love to see David the Gnome and all the othe ones on DVD.
I highly agree with all the above people! You all mention great shows like david the gnome, eureka's castle, pete and pete, are you afraid of the dark etc. how ever I think the classic sport and game shows like GUTS, Legend of the Hidden Temple, Wild and Crazy Kids, Nick Arcade should also be included. I don't know if anyone even remembers this one but I was particularly fond of the Tomorrow People! I hope this works!
