Please help keep "The Blue Light Rapist", Robert T. Burmingham in prison. He is asking the Arkansas Board of Parole for clemency after serving 8 years of a life plus 80 year sentence.

If this predator is released, he can once again impersonate a police officer and rape women after pulling them over on an isolated highway. He's been successful too many times before and one of your loved ones could be his next victim should he be released.
