When you are accused of a crime, while waiting for your court case to start/finish, you must wait in jail. BUT WAIT!!! NOT IF YOUR RICH! how can the goverment justify bail other then just plain grediness? obvisouly it is just another way for them to pump money out of us. If you are accused of the crime, then it is for resonable reasons, and either no one waits in jail during the court case, or everyone does, its a simple as that.
