woohoo!!!! no joe. i dont know if i'm happier they got rid of theisman or when they got rid of dan dierdorf. still have to listen to that buckethead on occasion. cannot believe he's still an announcer.

I guess ESPN listened and now we are "Joe free" for MNF - thank goodness we don't have to listen to the constant drivel of JT anymore. The guy just didn't know how to keep his mouth shut.

Joe Theisman has diarrhea of the mouth and there is no cure for him. He ruins the game by talking too much. Thank goodness for the mute button on the remote.

Bring on Steve Young. Kornheiser and Young would be great. Young is actually smart, where as Theisman just needs to make sure every 3 seconds that he is can still sound like a pompous blowhard.

Theisman is a waste of life. Regardless his football success, he is one of the worst ever announcers on tv.... including sports. bring on Mike Wilbon... dare I say it, even Ryan Leaf!

Theisman is the worst. Kornheiser is okay on PTI, but almost as bad as Theisman on MNF. I feel bad for Mike Tirico.

I turn off my sound. if I hear him say, "What I would do" or "If you ask me" one more time, I mean who cares what he thinks, his job is to comment on the game. My gosh, he makes me want Dennis Miller back. At least his jibberish was slightly appealing. As a woman viewer all I can say is, less makeup Joe it really doesn't hide the facelift.

joe theisman has no business on MNF- his voice is grating, he gets stuck on one topic and repeats it endlessly, he is not: funny, witty, charming, insightfull, thought-provoking-except bad thoughts about him, his voice, and his lack of the above qualities. he has made MNF un-watchable for me and my friends- we now watch SNF with the perfect team of al and john. really ESPN- IS JOE THIESMAN THE BEST YOU CAN DO??? you have taken a television icon and ruined it for me and my friends. everyone makes mistakes- please man up, apologize, and get it right! please fire joe t.

An announcer should be impartial and informative, not begin almost every sentence with "I THINK." Commentators aren't hired for their opinions, they should announce the game. Nobody kares what you "think," Joe.

The sooner Mr. Theisman is gone, the better. Please, ESPN, remember that your main purpose is to entertain your viewers. You will lose me as a viewer before long if Joe Theisman continues to commentate on your network.
