Oprah, you have great influence, and you truly understand the role a pet can play in a family. Puppy mills are not only inhumane, they are irresponsible with breeding and thus are producing animals with significant health and temperment problems. This causes great pain, both physical and emotional, in the homes and lives of some of these dogs. Thank you for the work you do. You often have helped those who cannot help themselves.
Expose these people! I have a Great Dane that was born in a puppy mill that we rescued! She was abused and in tough shape when we got her and now she is a beautiful dog...many animals are put to sleep every day, because of these terrible people
I have a 5 yr. old female rescued from a puppy mill so there is hope for these wonderful animals but they need someone to speak for them. Maybe you and Dr. Phil and do a joint effort because these people need some help too.
PLease look at the pictures and the film. Meet Petunia Dolan, and the others in Florida. See the ones in the freezer waiting there day in court with the woman that only got fined 43 dollars. This is a Pet Holocost! It needs to be shown!
I have seen first hand how sick some of these puppies are that come from the puppy mills. Please support us that want to stop this and educate the public on these nasty places.
Please support ethical breeders in our quest to provide healthy and temperamentally sound dogs to the pet buying public. Puppy Mills are nothing more than a source of heartache to the general public, as is proven time and time again, through unscrupulous breeding, hygienic, and inferior socialization practices. Please use your strong voice to speak up for these poor animals. They need a savior and someone with power to help to protect them and to stop the cruelty against them.

These conditions must be exposed to put an end to abuse. We need your voice which is powerful to help these unloved puppies to have the life they deserve.
To use other living creatures as breeding machines to make a profit is beyond deplorable....As an animal rescuerer, I see the sadness and the suffering first hand. The rest of America needs to see this also, so that they can become aware enough to make better decisions concerning how they acquire their pets. Adopt from a shelter!!!! Help us also to dispel the myth that shelter dogs are their because they're "bad" - that couldn't be further from the truth!!! Encourage the public to never buy a pooch, but adopt instead....until our shelters across the nation are empty!!!!
Our Puppies are the most loyal and dear friends we will ever have. They cannot protect themselves and they do not ask to be brought into this world to be abused. Please let their stories be heard and what it is like to live in a puppymill. This story is as deserving to be heard as any other you have done on your show. Thank You
I own two puppymill victims and know how desperate these animals can become. One has had possibly 125 puppies in 6 years, her boobs nearly drag the ground, has lost one eye, quivers when someone comes near her, etc. They cannot help themselves...WE MUST DO IT! Please learn about them before turning your back. Hannah and others would be so grateful.(These owners make more than $500,000 a year mistreating animals hidden away in the woods with guards posted).What does that tell us? God help us all

65% of the dogs we take into rescue are puppies bought from pet stores, who were produced from puppy mills.This is the most heartbreaking part of rescue! Please expose these mills, in hopes they can be stopped!

I work at an animal shelter where many animals need loving homes...let's get rid of these puppy mills and let people know that adopting is the way to go!

Until there is awareness of the cruelty of puppy mills, the practice will continue, genetic problems will abound, and rescue will thrive. It is a very serious problem that needs to be stopped.
I've taken huskies that were dumped in shelters by breeders, some caring they have, puppy mills are worse. These are people who don't have a love for dogs, they seem to be selling a product that to them has no feelings.
Please do a show devoted on the horrors of puppy mills. As a celebrity, You have the ability to reach out to people to bring awarness to this subject. A fellow animal lover.

Oprah,Plaese save these pets they need your help.I have one that I adopted that came from a puppy mill.This women I know talks to the animals and she had talk to mine and she told me that she came for a puppymill. You have to work with them and give them hope that they will come out of the terrible thing that they put them through.I work with mine and she still feels hurt about what they did to her but you have to love them. So lets get rid of the puppy mill for good and save these animals.Thank You
