Wide spread abuse of any and all animals needs to be addressed and stopped. I hope that Oprah or her staff gets this and does a show about it. Her show reaches millions of people and this cause needs to be heard so that it will end.
If anyone can publicize & make politicians start legislation to help pathetic lives of these animals, it is someone with a positive caring image, such as Oprah has. I do realize that many viewers will not be able to be able to watch some of the abuse these animals receive, but that just means the abuse IS just that bad. Your help is so appreciated. Thank you
This is a serious situation of animal cruelty and unfortunately no one pays any attention unless it is brought to light by a public figure. Please help.
It saddens and sickens me that this cruelty is happening and that money is more important to these people than the lives of the dogs. Each life is precious, including those of our four-legged friends that need and trust us to look out for and care for them.
Please expose these cruel people who abuse these dogs through neglect, lack of love and food just for their greedy pockets. They need to be put into a cage with no human contact and see what it's like...
That we have to solicit Oprah's support is an awful testiment to the cruelty of people and the bystanders that are willing to condone the abuse and terrible conditions that these puppies endure. Please help us educate the public so that we can put an end to this atrocity.
Oprah, I work as a pet trainer instructor for a large retail pet supply company that has chosen to not sell dogs or cats, instead devotes store space and gives thousands of dollars to pet charites to find homes for homeless dogs and cats.
Please join in,to enlighten people to the cruelties of puppy mills for the sake of 'man's best friend'.
Thank You,

So many people watch your show each day and love and appreciate your insiring efforts to alleviate the suffering of people. Please make it a priority to expose the inhumane practices of puppymill operations. I'm sure most people aren't aware that the cuddly puppies in the petstore window, probably came from parents living in filthy cages for their entire lives.
Thank you for listening and for taking action against this tragedy imposed upon so many voiceless animals. This would be a show guaranteed to make people think twice about buying their dogs from inscrupulous dealers and breeders.
We have so many dogs being euthanized each year because of the over-population and people do not think twice about throwing away an animal's life. They give so much joy and unconditional love, they deserve happy, loving homes.
Oprah - people listen to you & respect you - please research & help put a stop to puppy mills. No animal deserves to be treated in such a cruel manner. Thanks. Karen Cole
As a foster mom and board member of a rescue organization, I deal with these poor dogs on a daily basis. There is not enough people and money to care for all of these NEGLECTED and ABUSED animals. Please help us.
Someone might want to remind Oprah that one way Hitler "trained" young Nazis was by encouraging them to hurt animals. Cruelty to animals desensitizes humans to cruelty to people!
Please expose these places for the horrible places they are - animals are feeling caring creatures who deserve better than to be a profit making machine for an uncaring so called human being. You have the ability to bring this to the attention of so many please help these wonderful creatures.
The public needs to be educated about these Puppy Mill dogs. I work in rescue and we see some sad things. Education is the key!People tend to go to pet stores and buy these puppies as holiday gifts, again the public needs to be educated!
With so many wonderful animal companions slaughtered at shelters each year, I hope that Oprah and her team will help with the efforts for adoption.

there is no excuse on the entire planet good enough to explain away the hodrrendous treatment of these nobel, kind, gental, animals who look to us to take care of them....BECAUSE that's what happens when you domestacate any species....WE the people of the planet become their sheperd/caregiver.
With or without oprah we need to forge ahead against this type of abuse! I'm a Newfoundland breeder on long island and it's our duty, not Oprah's to make this known. I agree the exposure she'd generate would benefit greatly, but we shouldn’t and won’t stop there. I’m offering my services to create a website (that’s what I do, Microsoft Instructor), setup rallies, go door to door, call for inspections and investigations to pet stores, film and display what happens to these dogs so the public actually “sees” what damage is inflicted, setup a sting operation, lobby for tougher laws and penalties. Lets organize, set a plan and execute it with conviction.
