THIS PETITION REGARDING OVIEDO PLAZA @ 426 & BROADWAY STREET. THE ROAD IMPROVEMENT 2 YEAR PROJECT. REQUEST A REDUCTION & NO INCREASE IN LEASE OF RENT PER EACH TENENT DURING THE PROJECT IN ORDER TO SURVIVE BUSINESS.
ALSO SOME TYPE OF SIGNAGE POSTED AT FRONT OF SHOPPING PLAZA ENTRANCE WITH ALL OF TENENTS NAMES LISTED.
PLEASE CONTACT EACH TENENT ON COMENT REGARDING THIS PETITION. STARTING NEXT MONTH PAYMENT OF LEASE WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNLESS CONTACTED ON FURTHER ISSUES.
ALL TENENTS ARE LOSING BUSINESS EVERY DAY THAT THIS CONSTRUCTION IS IN PROGRESS & NO SIGNAGE IS AT ENTRANCE & WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM CITY, COUNTY OR LEASING AGENT TO HELP IN ANYWAY. PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR SIGNATURE TO THIS PETITION & HELP US IN OUR TIME OF NEED.
