Please count every vote. If our goal is to spread Democracy to the Middle East, then we must be a good example and clean our own doorstep, before we clean others.
i think all the votes should be counted, especially in ohio cause it was so close there. i was watching the news and it said that one of the ballot machines in ohio accidently counted and extra 3000 votes for bush! there were only 900 something people who voted in that booth! its insane and thats only one machine that they found.
exceeding or reaching 100% voter turn out is statistically impossible, ppl die that should account for at least %5 of the voters registered.... smells fishy to me! so i say count em!!!
i'm totally disgusted at the way people have been continually denied their right to vote. something needs to be done NOW. it's not even about electing kerry instead of bush -- people have been systematically counted out.
It saddens and angers me that it's come to this. We need to be moving forward and with this reelection, we have moved decades backwards. Just the truth
Take the time to make sure ALL VOTES ARE COUNTED. Time was taken in 2000 in Florida to check ALL Questionable ballots. Why Not Now?
Make it Fair - ALL VOTES SHOULD COUNT!
I cried (out of sheer terror and anger) when bush won, which is odd for an adult to say. but bush has just pushed me TO FAR! please, count every vote, from overseas to the provisional ballots. please. bush stole the 2000 Election. please make sure that every vote is counted 100%.
Dear Mr. Secretary: please count all of the votes in Ohio. President Bush's lead in the state is less than the number of "spoiled" ballots and provisional ballots which number in the hundreds of thousands, more than enough to effect the outcome of the election.
We will fight this battle to unearth the truth. God help you if you've done wrong.
There is a price to be paid here and in the real heaven (but not Bush's heaven)..
This is terribly important. We cannot be a voice for global democracy if our democracy at home is a farce. Nothing less than 100% accuracy is acceptable.
Election reform appears to be a need in the state of Ohio. Installation of electronic ballots statewide, increase in the number of polling booths in all precincts but especially in those in urban areas, enforced due dates for provisional ballots to be delivered to the Secretary of State, etc. etc. Nationally, election day should be considered as a 24 hour period, perhaps on a weekend or as a National Day Off, etc. etc.
I'm sure Arnold Schwarzenegger would support this initiative. I personally witnessed registered voters in the correct precinct being turned away without provisional ballots.
Every citizen has the right for their voice to be heard and their vote to be counted. Please count ALL the votes cast in this state--it is your obligation and your duty as a servant of the people.
